Responsibilities
- Support the development of hospitality assets from early stage briefing through to delivery, handover and operational readiness
- Assist with feasibility studies and business planning to support positioning, guest experience and value creation
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment, ensure timely deliverables and proactively identify risks and issues
- Monitor progress against milestones and performance indicators, maintaining trackers and dashboards
- Support key asset decisions in line with project objectives
- Track action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required
- Support governance and decision making through preparation of reports, presentations, analysis and briefing materials
- Contribute to improving ways of working, coordination and reporting practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related field
- 4 7 Years of experience in hospitality, real estate or mixed use developments
- Exposure to development lifecycle stages (feasibility through delivery)
- Experience in project coordination roles
- Experience working in cross functional environments

Overview

- In this role, you will assist the end to end development of hospitality assets, from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of hospitality assets from early stage briefing through to delivery, handover and operational readiness
