The Senior Specialist - Design & Delivery will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and management of Material Control systems within the Food & Beverage s.

Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in managing F&B Material Control and Event Management systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Support closure of ServiceNow tickets related to Material Control and Event Management applications
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process guides, and support procedures
- Provide training and support to business users on system functionality
- Coordinate with Application Operations teams for smooth project handovers
- Provide Level 2 support and coordinate with vendors for Level 3 issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and proactively address operational risks
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and stakeholder engagement
- Support Material Control applications including inventory, procurement, warehouse management, etc.
- Support Event Management platforms including event planning, registration, ticketing, etc.
- Coordinate application integrations with ERP, Finance, CRM, POS, and other systems
Requirements
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory and material control processes
- Experience with Event Management systems in entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industries

Overview
- The Senior Specialist Design & Delivery will oversee implementation, support, and management of Material Control systems in F&B and Event Management systems across Qiddiya and SEVEN.
Operations & Support
- Support the Senior Manager in managing F&B Material Control and Event Management systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Support closure of ServiceNow tickets related to Material Control and Event Management applications
