Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on Schneider Digital topics across the MEA Zone.
• Promote digital tool adoption and foster a digital mindset as a trusted digital consultant.
• Translate business demands and requirements into actionable digital solutions.
• Drive digital transformation and AI initiative deployment and adoption.
• Support digital roadmaps and implementation priorities.
• Coordinate project execution with global and regional Schneider Digital teams.
• Monitor project progress and support delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate agile decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead service performance reviews with internal and external service providers.
• Optimize applications, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and technical teams.
• Maintain alignment with global strategies, standards, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, IT consulting, business partnering, or project management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required capabilities

• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital project delivery is advantageous.
• Experience with AI initiatives or digital adoption programs is a plus.
