- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design high-level architecture solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Utilize expertise in Java, .Net, and other relevant technologies to develop comprehensive and scalable software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize database schemas and queries using Postgres database management for efficient data handling.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, driving cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Implement and leverage AWS/Azure cloud technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Core Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking and Innovation in Business and Technology
- Proficiency in Java, .Net, C++, Python, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies

- Excellent Communication Skills and Decision Making
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in various IT roles, including Developer, SME, DTL, Engineering Manager, and Solutions Architect.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for empowering teams and driving success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
