React Solution Architect

Requirements

• Proven experience (8-15 years) as a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on React development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React, including HTML/CSS/SCSS, JSX/Typescript, JavaScript and ES6, NodeJs with NPM, Redux, any relevant middleware and related libraries.
• In-depth understanding of front-end architecture (including code organization), design patterns including best practices for state management, asynchronous operations, proper logging and error handling.
• Good knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as minimize re-renders, lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization.
• Good knowledge of debugging and problem solving (including CSS) using browser extensions such as React Developer Tool, Developer Tools in addition to using Postman for visualizing api output.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS/LESS.
• Good knowledge of writing tests for functional testing components, good testing skills using Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), mocking dependencies and apis, testing for responsive UI.
• Good code review skills with problem code identification and resolution in addition to usage of eslint, prettier etc.,
• Experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming .
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines using Git/Bitbucket/GitLab etc.,.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
