The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, business process design, and solution delivery in SAP IBP.
Implementation & Solution Design
Lead the delivery of SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Order-Based Planning.
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Supply Chain stakeholders, and leadership teams to develop scalable SAP IBP solutions.
Ensure solution designs adhere to global templates, governance standards, and industry best practices.
Work closely with SAP S/4HANA, BW, Master Data, Integration, and Analytics teams to enable seamless planning processes.
Review and approve functional designs, configurations, testing, and deployment deliverables to ensure solution quality and readiness.
Provide governance across SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities, ensuring timely resolution of risks and defects.
Maintain comprehensive project and solution documentation, including requirements, designs, testing artifacts, and operational procedures.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineer, Business Administration, or related field; (Master’s degree is preferred)
Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus.
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; Certification is a plus
Languages
Fluent English required (oral and written)
Experience and Skills
12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including 8+ years in SAP IBP.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and global rollouts.
Strong expertise across SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Order-Based Planning.
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, best practices, and SAP IBP solution design.
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration, forecasting models, heuristics, planning operators, and customizations.
Experience integrating SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, BW/BW4HANA, and other enterprise applications.
Experience managing large-scale global programs, vendors, and system integrators.
Experience overseeing solution quality, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
