Support production readiness reviews and performance tuning initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing.

Strong experience designing automation frameworks and performance testing solutions.

Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Experience working with cloud-native and microservices-based applications.

Technical Skills:

Selenium WebDriver

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of monolith, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.

Experience leveraging AI-powered testing and quality engineering tools.

Ability to influence engineering teams with data-driven recommendations.
