Senior Software test Engineer - Automation Testing

Ability to lead technical discussions and represent Quality Engineering in architecture reviews, design sessions, and engineering leadership forums.

Experience defining automation framework strategies, quality transformation initiatives, and long-term engineering roadmaps.

Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership to Quality Engineering and Automation teams.

Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Ability to influence strategic engineering decisions and advocate quality-first approaches across organizations.

Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to investigate issues across application, API, infrastructure, and data layers.

Experience performing root cause analysis and identifying systemic quality gaps in applications and processes.

Ability to drive defect prevention, quality improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex enterprise application and integration issues.

Data-driven approach to risk assessment, issue resolution, and decision-making.

Proven experience partnering with developers, architects, product managers, DevOps engineers, and leadership teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams.

Ability to effectively communicate quality metrics, risks, release readiness status, and strategic recommendations.

Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives in large-scale programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive-level presentation capabilities.

Experience with eCommerce applications, customer journeys, order management, payment gateways, inventory management, and related business workflows.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and customer-centric quality validation approaches.

Ability to assess business impact, prioritize testing efforts, and drive risk-based quality decisions.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise and customer-facing platforms.

Focus on delivering seamless user experiences through robust quality engineering practices.
