Senior Software Engineer

Build and operate scalable infrastructure that powers real-time communication experiences for millions of users worldwide. Design and implement AI-assisted agentic workflows that automate engineering tasks across planning, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Partner with engineers, product teams, and platform organizations to deliver end-to-end solutions with high reliability and operational excellence. Leverage AI agents to accelerate code development, validation, root-cause analysis, service upgrades, and operational readiness. Work on large-scale streaming and real-time communication technologies that support next-generation collaboration and Copilot experiences. Contribute to modernization initiatives, including Linux, ARM, cloud-native architectures, and intelligent automation platforms. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; OR equivalent experience.
