The multi-game Riot Client supports game distribution, content publishing, social features, community engagement, and internal developer productivity.
Role Overview
The Senior Software Engineer will deliver technical solutions that improve player experiences across Riot’s out-of-game ecosystem.
The role contributes hands-on across the software development lifecycle and helps shape technical direction within an area of ownership.
The engineer will support game distribution, content, social features, and developer productivity capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain desktop application features focused on C++ while integrating with web-based technologies.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions through hands-on engineering and technical design.
- Contribute to technical planning, design discussions, tradeoff evaluation, and dependency alignment.
- Collaborate with product, production, QA, design, and data insight teams.
- Mentor other engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
