Senior Software Engineer (Quality) - Consumer Intelligence & Engagement

7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Strategy and Test Automation.

Strong experience designing and scaling automation frameworks for modern digital platforms.

Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Selenium or equivalent automation frameworks.

Strong experience in API, integration, contract, E2E, regression and release validation testing.

Experience building automated quality pipelines integrated with CI/CD processes.

Experience validating personalisation, recommendations and experimentation platforms.

Experience with test data management, consumer segmentation and data quality validation.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures and distributed systems.

Experience validating recommendation outputs, business rules and consumer-facing experiences.

Experience with observability setup for quality engineering and production quality analytics preferred.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence engineering quality across multiple teams.

Experience using coding agents, AI-assisted testing tools or LLMs to improve testing productivity and quality outcomes.

Experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer digital products, personalisation or recommendation platforms is strongly preferred.
