The role
The Senior Software Engineer will build customer-facing AI agents and omnichannel communication experiences.
The role spans backend services, agent orchestration logic, customer interfaces, cloud architecture, and scalable agentic AI systems.
What you will do
- Design and build AI agents with Python and Node.js, including orchestration, tool use, memory, and conversation logic.
- Contribute to backend services using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and vector databases.
- Develop an omnichannel platform for web, messaging, voice, and other communication channels.
- Work with product, design, and data teams to shape agent behavior.
- Define technical patterns and best practices for global scale.
- Participate in code reviews and support thoughtful, high-quality engineering.
What we are looking for
- Strong TypeScript experience across the stack, including Node.js backend and React frontend development.
- Strong backend architecture, API design, service pattern, and PostgreSQL database modelling knowledge.
- Experience with Python and LLM-powered or agentic systems, including prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, or orchestration.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering software products at scale.
- A product-focused mindset and strong communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AgentCore, or similar agent frameworks is beneficial.
- Familiarity with streaming, real-time, or event-driven architectures is beneficial.
- Automotive, dealership technology, or B2B SaaS experience is beneficial.
