Key Responsibilities
- Develop secure, maintainable code using test-driven development practices.
- Design reusable software components and services and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain system stability and performance.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices and support system integration.
- Improve user experience and application performance.
- Monitor, operate, and optimize cloud production systems.
- Provide flexible Level 3 support on a rotational or on-demand basis.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture is required.
- AWS experience includes ECS, ECR, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and Step Functions.
- Front-end experience includes AngularJS and TypeScript.
- DevOps tooling includes Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, Docker, and CloudFormation.
- Testing technologies include Gherkin, Cypress, Jest, and Karate.
- The role requires software development lifecycle knowledge, secure coding, Agile experience, and scripting familiarity with Groovy or Bash.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of user-centered design principles is preferred.
- ITIL certification is preferred but not mandatory.
