Role Overview
The Pricing Analyst will support commercial pricing, financial modelling, and proposal development for delivery, AI-enabled, and outcome-based services.
Commercial Modelling
- Build and maintain rate cards and pricing models for different delivery models.
- Analyse cost drivers to optimize margins.
Financial Engineering and AI Deals
- Engineer pricing structures for AI-enabled and outcome-based services.
- Develop risk-reward and incentive models for commercial deals.
Scenario Analysis
- Perform sensitivity analyses to understand the financial impact of changes and modelling assumptions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with sales, delivery, and Presales teams to craft proposals.
- Communicate financial implications clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
- Gather competitor pricing data.
- Maintain a repository of historical pricing and bid outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT services pricing, financial analysis, or commercial management.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
- Familiarity with pricing models.
- Strong numerical and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to design novel pricing mechanisms for AI and digital deals.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
