Senior Software Engineer in Test I

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Applicable Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a related position
• Expert level knowledge of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
• Programming language(s) such as JavaScript, Java, C#, etc. • Advanced level knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques • Advanced level experience with automated testing tools and frameworks • Expert level problem-solving skills • Advanced level ability to write clear and concise test plans and test cases • Intermediate level communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. • Intermediate level ability to work effectively in a team environment.
