Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP integrations .
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and customer teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, participate in design discussions, and support solution reviews. This role also involves production support, incident management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and release/deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL .
- Build and manage Salesforce Flows including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing functionality, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions, customer review calls, status updates, and technical query resolution.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs .
- Provide production support, including incident management, bug fixes, root cause analysis, data fixes, and hotfixes.
- Monitor application performance and ensure reliability, availability, security, and scalability.
- Follow Salesforce coding, security, and performance best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Agentforce AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to improve development productivity.
Required Skills
- 5 – 8 years of Salesforce development experience .
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, data model, and performance optimization.
- Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and deployments.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator and App Builder .
- Exposure to Agentforce AI and AI-based development tools.
- Experience with Jira, Service First , or similar ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of DocuSign user management, document management, and configuration .
- Experience mentoring junior developers and working in agile delivery teams.
