Senior Software Engineer II-Agentic AI

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and highly concurrent asynchronous workflows, primarily in Python and Go.
• Integrate backend control planes with isolated, secure execution environments and capture execution artifacts.
• Build and operate scalable gRPC and REST APIs across data pipelines, evaluation engines, and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure for evaluation scenarios and outcome metrics.
• Drive code reviews, comprehensive testing, and technical design documentation.
• Monitor performance, investigate bottlenecks, and ensure high reliability of orchestration systems.

What You'll Add

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building highly concurrent, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Deep proficiency in Python and Go, or strong C++/Java experience with willingness to learn Python and Go quickly.
• Hands-on experience with durable workflow orchestration engines for distributed state and long-running asynchronous tasks.
• Knowledge of containerization, virtualization, or secure workload isolation technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or microVMs.
• Experience building resilient APIs and handling high-throughput event or message data.
• Strong ownership, communication, and ability to work in a globally distributed team.
• Foundational understanding of LLM APIs, prompt constraints, and architectural challenges of testing non-deterministic systems.
