Define and track infrastructure efficiency KPIs (e.g., cost per MW, revenue per rack, utilization rates) and report trends to senior leadership

Conduct competitive benchmarking against peer cloud and colocation providers to inform benchmarks

Partner with Finance, Data Center Operations, and Product teams to align business models with company-wide financial planning cycles

Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for the VP and executive stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders

Experience with competitive benchmarking or market analysis

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus

Familiarity with data center or cloud infrastructure economics (power, space, hardware refresh cycles) preferred
