Position Overview

Tandem Simulation is a browser-based solution for Factory Layout and Discrete Event Simulation closely connected to Operations’ Solutions on a common platform that improves productivity, efficiency and helps reduce operational bottlenecks by providing actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the application
- Produce clean, effective, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Use AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code in day-to-day engineering workflows to improve development velocity, code quality, debugging, and delivery efficiency
- Embrace an event-driven architecture mindset and apply it to software design and development
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines
- Utilize web debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
