Join ICON as a Senior Software Engineer supporting clinical operations and research processes.
The position is hybrid and office-based in Chennai, India.
Design and develop software solutions that improve clinical trial operations and data management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications for clinical trial operations and data management.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold software quality best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve development processes.
- Track emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and improve functionality.
- Contribute to the evolution of software architecture.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience with .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, and Oracle or SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Proven engineering analysis experience and understanding of systems and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools and in-depth SDLC knowledge.
