Role Overview
Contribute to client services by delivering software development and engineering work across clinical programmes.
Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for user IT issues received through calls and emails.
- Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems while maintaining CRM work logs.
- Document all calls and provide timely assistance to internal users.
- Promote high customer service standards and take ownership of user issues through resolution.
- Support administrative computer-based applications.
- Develop solutions for recurring issues and contribute to the knowledge bank.
- Supply statistical data for weekly Service Desk reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in client services and operations or a related area.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required, approximately 5%.
