Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications/tools. This role requires proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Node.js, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for tackling challenging projects using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and a strong communicator eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment and guide the development of junior engineers.

Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Software applications/tools. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Debug and resolve software defects and issues. Identify the gaps in the existing manual workflow/process and try to automate Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

SOFT SKILLS

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills are required.

Should be a self-motivated person who can thrive in challenging environment and gel well with the team.

Should be willing to grasp/share knowledge with the team
