Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with Kafka expertise to design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java-based microservices development, event-driven architectures, and real-time messaging using Apache Kafka. Experience with Apache Spark and large-scale data processing will be an added advantage.

The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build robust and resilient applications for a leading financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.

Develop and maintain microservices-based applications following industry best practices.

Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.

Build Kafka producers, consumers, streams, and event-processing applications.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of applications.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.

Work in Agile teams and actively contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+)

Expertise in Spring Boot , Spring MVC, and Spring Framework

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka

Education
