- Design and build services and infrastructure for training and fine tuning large neural networks
- Develop tools for managing datasets, ensuring quality, consistency, and reproducibility
- Implement scalable, automated deployment systems for complex ML models
- Drive the full software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to CI/CD and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to align infrastructure with business goals
- Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code to ensure long term sustainability
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong Python backend development skills
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of object oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and ArgoCD
- Experience monitoring production systems using metrics, logging, and alerting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
