Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification required; PRINCE2 is also acceptable
- 5 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex technology, infrastructure, or data center delivery programs
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure, cloud, data center, AI platform, or enterprise transformation projects
- Demonstrated success managing multi vendor environments involving OEMs, system integrators, logistics providers, client PMOs, and enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, storage, networking, virtualization, and deployment readiness
- Good knowledge of physical data center build out phases: power, cooling, racks, structured cabling, compute, storage, and networking
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking candidates are strongly preferred

Role Overview

- The role combines strong governance discipline, technical awareness, and stakeholder management to deliver consistent outcomes across multi workstream environments.
Scope of Delivery
- Lead delivery of AI infrastructure environments: data center readiness, compute, GPU infrastructure, storage, networking, virtualization, container platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Maintain control of milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and client commitments across the full project lifecycle.
- Drive disciplined planning, RAID management, change control, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement within a structured Project Delivery Framework.
- Coordinate vendor management, implementation readiness, deployment governance, operational transition, and client acceptance activities.
Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership
- Serve as primary delivery owner, representing the company in governance, steering, and escalation forums.
- Coordinate cross functional workstreams to align technical, operational, and client facing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain integrated project plans: schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resourcing, and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure compliance with PMO frameworks, governance processes, and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage client governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews; handle challenging stakeholder situations professionally.
- Coordinate with external vendors, OEMs, data center providers, and network/ISP partners to maintain aligned delivery schedules.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints ensuring mitigation and recovery plans are in place.
- Drive structured weekly status meetings, dashboards, and reporting for internal and external leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Deployment & Handover
- Manage deployment readiness: data center preparedness for power, cooling, racks, structured cabling, security, and connectivity.
- Align design and engineering approvals with finance, procurement, legal, logistics, deployment, and cutover planning.
- Oversee logistics, rack and stack, integration activities, and coordination with physical data center teams.
- Own milestone sign off and formal acceptance gates, ensure timely client endorsement of delivery milestones.
- Maintain auditable acceptance trail that governs vendor payment releases.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification required; PRINCE2 is also acceptable.
- ITIL and/or relevant data center or cloud certifications (e.g. CDCP, CCNA, AWS, VMware) are an advantage.
- 5 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex technology, infrastructure, or data center delivery programs.
- Arabic speaking candidates are strongly preferred; fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure, cloud, data center, AI platform, or enterprise transformation projects.
- Demonstrated success managing multi vendor environments involving OEMs, system integrators, logistics providers, client PMOs, and enterprise clients.
- Experience working with UAE based vendors and suppliers is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, storage, networking, virtualization, and deployment readiness.
- Good knowledge of physical data center build out phases: power, cooling, racks, structured cabling, compute, storage, and networking.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (L2/L3, routing, WAN, VLANs); InfiniBand/RoCE is an advantage.
- Proficient in project planning tools such as Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
Delivery & Stakeholder Skills
- Strong governance, RAID, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage project financials: budget tracking, milestone payments, procurement timelines, and change requests.
- Effective communicator with senior executives and technical teams alike.
- Comfortable operating in fast paced delivery environments; able to manage escalations and drive structured governance.
