Senior Software Engineer (5 to 8 years)

Mastery in Data Structures & Algorithms: A strong foundation, including a clear understanding of time and space complexity.

OOP Fundamentals: A solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts is essential.

Web Basics: Foundational knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend programming (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python).

Architectural Awareness: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and end-to-end application communication, as well as an awareness of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.

Version Control: Proficiency with Git.

Strategic Problem Solver: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action.

Adaptability: Eagerness to quickly learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies. Understands and works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Ownership & Quality: A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, demonstrating end-to-end responsibility for features and architectural components.

Proactive Leader: Takes initiative to anticipate and address future needs, risks, or improvements.

Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years of related professional software development experience.

Location: This is an on-site opportunity based in Pune with 3-4 days work from the office.. Only candidates willing to be based in Pune will be eligible.
