Role Overview
Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer within the SSATD organization. As a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer at CVS Health/Aetna, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment delivering innovative solutions. We are looking for a passionate, driven person who wants to join our high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service or Health Cloud
Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce and LWC
Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals
Provide detailed design and documentation of solutions for OOTB, and custom code
Work with blended business and IT development teams
Apply environment and DevOps strategies and set up governance process for Salesforce Org
