About the Role
The Senior SDET role drives engineering-led quality by improving product reliability, scalability, performance, and release confidence.
The role contributes to customer experience and product stability through automation practices and proactive quality ownership.
What You Will Own
- Enhance test automation coverage and strengthen CI/CD quality gates.
- Reduce manual QA effort, production defects, release risk, and engineering rework.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to build scalable quality processes.
- Continuously improve engineering efficiency and support faster, more predictable releases.
Experience and Technical Qualifications
- Five or more years of software quality engineering experience is required.
- Experience building scalable UI, API, and backend test automation frameworks is required.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions, test integration, pipeline optimization, and release gating is required.
- Experience with cloud environments, containers, microservices, service dependencies, and test environments is required.
- Experience with test environment reliability, test data management, and flaky test reduction is required.
- Performance testing experience covering load, stress, scalability, and bottleneck analysis is required.
