Job Description
Join Skillz's product development team to shape the vision for its growing suite of products.
Collaborate with design, development, and analytics teams on LiveOps initiatives that enhance the player experience.
Develop programs that foster player loyalty and support long-term success on the gaming platform.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, game design, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.
- Approach complex problems and convert them into simple and elegant solutions.
- Use data analysis and A/B testing to inform decisions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills in a changing environment.
- Collect stakeholder ideas and drive the future product roadmap.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional designers and engineers to evolve Skillz's mobile esports platform.
- Create wireframes, write specifications, run A/B tests, optimize feature performance, gather requirements, and plan product rollouts.
- Build tools that empower business teams to grow the Skillz platform.
