Experience: 3 to 6 Years
What You’ll Do
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and code coverage.
Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend applications .
Work on distributed systems designed to handle large-scale workloads.
Perform unit and integration testing for product features.
Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Work with modern technologies to enhance and modernize legacy applications.
Collaborate with developers, team leads, product managers, and program managers to identify and deliver new features.
Understand technical and design requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply relevant practices to improve engineering solutions.

- <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">What We’re Looking For</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">3+ years of software development experience</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;"> with Enterprise Java, preferably JDK 8 or above.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Hands-on experience with <strong>Spring Framework</strong>, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, AOP, and Dependency Injection.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Experience with <strong>ORM frameworks</strong>.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Strong understanding of <strong>Data Structures and Algorithms</strong>, including space and time complexity.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Good understanding of <strong>multithreading, MVC architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming</strong>.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Experience developing <strong>complex and reusable APIs</strong>.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Strong experience working with <strong>SQL databases</strong>, preferably MySQL.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Experience working in an <strong>Agile development environment</strong>.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Good understanding of the <strong>Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</strong>.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Ability to understand requirements, analyze problems, and integrate new features with existing applications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Knowledge of <strong>NoSQL databases</strong> would be an added advantage.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri', sans-serif;">Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.</span></li> </ul>
