Role Overview
The Senior Software Developer joins the Verification team during a ground-up re-architecture of its business-critical platform.
The team develops real-time facial recognition systems, operational tooling, and full-stack solutions using modern application and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the Verification platform and robust verification systems.
- Lead scalable, maintainable, and performant system development while governing solution design and code quality.
- Estimate work, produce solution documents, and ensure accurate effort and delivery planning.
- Lead a small developer team from solution design through implementation and own hands-on delivery to live.
- Act as a point of escalation, distribute knowledge, and mentor team members.
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience with business-critical, high-availability, multi-user, service-based, and multi-browser-compatible systems.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript, with similar or alternative technologies considered.
