Requirements
- Degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into lightweight, testable technical solutions
- Comfort working in large, evolving codebases
- Sound technical judgment balancing speed, quality, performance, and maintainability
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross functional partners
- Experience mentoring other developers or leading technical discussions

- As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll join the Growth squad focusing on product led growth experiments.
- You'll report to an Engineering Manager invested in your growth.

What you bring

- Experience in designing, building, and running pricing and feature entitlement experiments.
- Experience with PLG experiment measurement tools like Growthbook, Statsig, or LaunchDarkly.
- Founding or early experience at a startup.
Compensation
- Base compensation range: CAD 130,000 to CAD 180,000 per year.
