Role Overview
Senior Backend Software Developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and shipping high-value software.
The role focuses on secure, performant, simple, usable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
The position is full time and onsite in Hyderabad.
Team Contribution
- Work within established agile methods and promote continuous improvement.
- Learn new technologies and document knowledge for the team.
- Report obstacles and participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
- Promote patterns and best practices and mentor less experienced software engineers.
Planning and Development
- Refine and document requirements with product teams and stakeholders and estimate effort.
- Design and document enterprise-level software architecture.
- Write readable, maintainable, secure code that meets requirements and specifications.
- Follow software development lifecycle and source control standards and review other developers' code.
- Lead team-based development efforts.
