Role Overview

Social Media Management

• Develop content plans aligned with business goals, campaigns, brand objectives, and communication priorities.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, platform requirements, and content opportunities.
• Stay current with suitable social media trends and platform behavior.

Content and Creative Execution

• Create and coordinate reels, stories, carousels, short videos, event coverage, interviews, and authentic brand moments.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team members.
• Maintain visual quality and ensure content reflects the desired brand positioning.

Community and Performance

• Manage comments, direct messages, community interactions, audience feedback, conversations, and brand mentions.
• Monitor engagement, reach, audience behavior, content effectiveness, and video performance.
• Use analytics, AI-powered tools, testing, and optimization to improve workflows and organic audience growth.

Collaboration

• Work with Brand and Marketing leadership, Creative, Performance, and wider teams.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and quality standards while contributing ideas and implementing feedback.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of social media management experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle brands, or related industries.
• Proven success growing channels, building engaged audiences, improving engagement, increasing reach and impressions, and achieving strong video performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Positive and proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a good eye for aesthetics and visual presentation.

Preferred Skills

• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills are advantageous.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is preferred.
• Advanced AI knowledge and experience building AI-assisted social media workflows are advantageous.
