About the Role

Photography and Videography Production

• Capture high-quality photography and video for projects, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Produce walkthroughs, lifestyle shoots, interviews, announcements, team features, partner highlights, and campaign content.
• Attend shoots independently, direct subjects, and manage production requirements.
• Guide subjects professionally and maintain strong staging, composition, lighting, movement, and visual presentation.

Creative Production and Content Quality

• Translate approved concepts and campaign directions into visually engaging content.
• Select suitable scenes, angles, movements, transitions, and effects for different creative objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh ideas and relevant experimentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop and improve content execution.

Editing and Post-Production

• Edit photography and video for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital platforms.
• Apply colour correction, colour grading, lighting adjustments, image enhancement, and lens or angle correction.
• Use effects, transitions, speed adjustments, movement techniques, text animations, and creative edits while maintaining premium standards.
• Complete reviews, revisions, and final approvals to ensure output quality.

Technical Skills and Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional photography and videography experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and video production.
• Advanced knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, tripods, and audio or microphone setups.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Basic experience with AI creative tools and AI-generated footage is required.
• Experience with drone photography or videography is advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required for independent travel to shoots.
