Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on influencer marketing and campaign execution
- Proven success managing and optimizing influencer and social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, content strategy, advertising platforms, analytics, and performance reporting
- Experience with influencer sourcing, negotiation, contracting, talent relationship management, and client communications
- Proficiency in social media, content creation, social listening, and project management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Brandwatch, Mention, Asana, and Trello
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative storyteller with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is preferred

About The Role
- The Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive is responsible for managing and growing the agency's social media presence across client accounts, delivering content led strategies that cut through in sport and entertainment.
- This is fundamentally a social media role owning channel management, content planning, community engagement, and performance reporting day to day.
- Influencer management forms a supporting part of the remit: identifying relevant talent, coordinating campaign activity, and ensuring influencer content lands in line with client objectives.

About You
