- Manage paid media partnerships, maintaining relationships and budget control
- Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns
- Create compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, and marketing materials
- Contribute to brand strategies to enhance brand image and reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, media, partners, and influencers
- Support marketing and promotion of events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and practices
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent digital marketing and social media skills
- Strong content creation and writing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

About The Role
- The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies to promote the agency and its clients within the sports and entertainment sector.
- This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications campaigns that align with the agency's and clients' objectives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, and advertising.
- Project management on integrated campaigns.
- Client servicing and point of contact for key clients.
- Develop and manage the agency's and clients' social media presence, creating engaging content and building online communities.
- Look after paid media partnerships across key clients and maintain relationships and budget control on partnership deals.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Feedback learnings and optimization plans to the clients.
- Create compelling and high quality content for various marketing and communication channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all integrated channels.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance the agency's and clients' brand image and reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and practices.
