The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will build, operate, and improve the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of deployment platforms.
The role owns operational infrastructure, develops automation, and partners with engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable systems.
Your impact
- Operate Kubernetes-based production infrastructure and customer deployment systems.
- Manage customer installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities across cloud and air-gapped environments.
- Improve deployment observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis, tune infrastructure components, and develop Python or Go tooling.
- Debug issues across Kubernetes, networking, storage, and application layers, and manage infrastructure with Terraform or similar tools.
- Collaborate with software engineers and customers on secure, scalable, and reliable deployment architectures.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of production Kubernetes experience, including Helm.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or a similar cloud platform.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with production reliability, scalability, availability, monitoring, logging, observability, alerting, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Python or Go skills, networking knowledge, and experience with distributed systems troubleshooting.
- Experience with data infrastructure, cloud and air-gapped or on-premises environments, MLOps, and cross-functional collaboration.
