Senior Site Engineer / Project Coordination Engineer role for high-rise residential projects in Andheri, Mumbai.

The role coordinates the Project Head, site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and specialized project agencies.

The position focuses on execution, coordination, quantity verification, contractor billing, quality, and progress monitoring.

Requires 5–8 years of experience in high-rise residential construction.
Requires a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Requires practical knowledge of civil execution, finishing, and construction methodology.
Requires knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, measurements, contractor billing, and coordination of multiple contractors.
Requires the ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Requires working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and project MIS.
Mumbai high-rise residential project experience is preferred.

Coordinate daily execution and priorities between the Project Head and site engineering team.
Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
