Civil Engineer role reporting to the Project Manager and focused on finishing and construction execution.

The role supports residential real estate projects and coordinates with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.

BE or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the PE board.
Three to five years of experience in finishing residential building projects.
Experience with at least one residential building project using MIVAN shuttering from start through lock-and-key completion.
Sound understanding of drawings, system interfaces, site management, and safety.
Good teamwork, communication, initiative, and customer focus.

Execute finishing work and supervise piling, excavation, rock anchoring, RCC, blockwork, plaster, MEP, and other construction activities.
Perform construction and material quality checks, quantity estimation, reconciliation, and measurement-sheet finalization.
Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, technical reports, material records, checklists, and bills of quantities.
Prepare purchase requisitions, review vendor documents, and coordinate technical design work within budget and schedule.
Plan and monitor contractors, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and resolve multidisciplinary engineering issues.
