Job Summary
Oversee site activities, manage teams and ensure projects are executed according to specifications and timelines.
Maintain quality standards, enforce safety regulations and resolve technical issues to achieve project objectives.
Site and Team Management
- Oversee site progress, quality control, safety compliance and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and laborers through leadership, guidance and support.
- Provide technical support, interpret drawings and specifications and resolve technical issues.
Quality, Schedule and Cost Control
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with project budget and cost monitoring and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders and provide project updates.
