Senior Site Director, Hyperscale Data Centers
IOTA GROUP is seeking a Senior Site Director to lead the construction, installation, and commissioning of hyperscale data centers in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing multiple sites, ensuring high-quality standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead simultaneous Data Center construction sites
- Drive site execution strategy and daily operational decisions
- Manage critical systems (MEP, MV/LV, UPS, HVAC, generators)
- Control project schedule and critical paths, implement recovery plans
- Handle contractual aspects (variations, claims, change orders)
- Ensure commissioning readiness (FAT/SAT, punch lists, QA/QC)
- Enforce strict HSE standards across all activities
- Interface with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
Your Profile
- 15–20 years’ experience in industrial / energy / Data Center projects
- Proven track record on hyperscale or mission-critical Data Centers
- Strong expertise in MEP and electrical systems (MV/LV, UPS)
- Experience in fast-track, high-pressure project environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage demanding clients and complex interfaces
- Fluent English
