Senior Site Architect (Dubai Buildings Project)

Job Summary

Start Date

• The stated start date is 2 September 2026.

Job Location

• The role is based at the Dubai construction site and requires site supervision and inspections.

Client Focus

• Support Project Managers with client relations, expectations, and responses to technical and contractual clarifications.
• Support the organization of third-party inspections and help ensure client satisfaction with construction supervision services.

Internal Business Process

• Obtain and review contract documents, forward requests for information, and attend project kick-off meetings with clients and contractors.
• Prepare BOQ item breakdowns covering materials, labor, testing and commissioning, overhead, and profit.
• Review authority approvals, material submittals, and contractor shop drawings for compliance with standards, specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, supervise filing and archiving, and support project correspondence and contractor payment reviews.
• Implement corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards and codes.
• Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, planning, organization, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• At least eight years of engineering experience in a contracting company or construction supervision function.
• Experience within the Middle East.

Preferred Qualification

• Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred.
