Senior Service Engineer - Endpoint

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments, including Windows endpoints and modern device management platforms.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and endpoint security technologies.

Strong understanding of operating system deployment, patch management, software distribution, endpoint compliance, and troubleshooting.

Ability to write or modify scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to automate endpoint management tasks.

Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
