Lead Consultant IAM

Create, update, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.

Manage security groups, distribution lists, and group memberships.

Support administration of secondary, admin, and service accounts under supervision.

Assist with identity reconciliation, duplicate account handling, and access cleanup activities.

Process IAM service requests and incidents through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with defined SLAs.

Maintain accurate ticket documentation and audit-ready records.

Escalate complex or non-standard issues to IAM Engineering teams as required.

Support periodic access reviews, certifications, and audit evidence collection.

Ensure access provisioning aligns with least-privilege and segregation-of-duties principles.

Follow IAM policies, standards, and control requirements to maintain audit readiness.

Adhere to IAM runbooks, SOPs, and standard operating procedures.

Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement or automation.

Contribute to knowledge articles and operational documentation.

Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Ability to handle sensitive access data with confidentiality and integrity.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness to work in shifts or support global stakeholders.
