About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Manager to lead the development, planning, coordination, and operational delivery of Remote Search Parks (RSP) for a major large-scale sporting event.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end planning, design, and operational delivery of Remote Search Parks (RSP).
- Develop detailed operational plans for each RSP location, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities and internal functional areas including Logistics, Venue Management, Overlay, Power, Technical, Maps & Drawings, Transport, and others.
- Manage vehicle screening operations and ensure effective implementation of vehicle search procedures.
- Oversee the use of vehicle search equipment, processes, and security techniques.
- Ensure proper clearance processes for vehicles, deliveries, drivers, and passengers.
- Lead operational teams and support workforce deployment and coordination activities.
- Support operational readiness activities including planning, testing, and simulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, procedures, and operational reports.
- Ensure full compliance with security standards and operational requirements across all RSP sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning and operational delivery of Remote Search Parks or Vehicle Screening Areas in major events or large scale operations
- Strong background in stakeholder coordination and multi agency engagement
- Experience in operational security planning, logistics coordination, and access control systems
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and procedural development skills
- Ability to operate in high pressure, fast paced event environments

Position Overview
- Senior Security Manager Remote Search Parks for a major large scale sporting event in Riyadh.
- Contract duration: 1st July 2026 31st March 2027.
- Responsible for developing overall RSP concept from planning to operational delivery.
