About the Role
Talent BluePrint is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 7-month fixed-term contract in Dubai. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for major events and freelance positions across the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for freelance and selected full time positions
- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on role requirements and project timelines
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments covering experience, availability, and suitability
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and confirmations
- Recruit across event functions including operations, hospitality, logistics, production, and more
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring positions
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, Juicebox, and other channels
- Conduct talent mapping and market research
- Manage candidate journey and maintain communication throughout the process
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in RecruiterFlow and prepare reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Events Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands on recruitment experience, with strong experience in events, staffing, or project based recruitment
- Strong understanding of the events industry and functions involved in major events
- Experience recruiting across UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider GCC preferred
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks
- Experience with RecruiterFlow, Juicebox, or similar ATS and AI powered sourcing platforms advantageous
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Available to join immediately or within short notice
