Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles. • 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams in enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices. • Experience supporting Data, Analytics, BI, or Digital Transformation initiatives. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Role
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies
Coaches teams on Agile practices
Removes impediments
Supports backlog readiness and team effectiveness
Tracks Agile metrics and team health
Drives continuous improvement initiatives
Focused primarily on team-level Agile execution
________________________________________ Good to have Qualifications • Supply Chain Analytics domain experience. • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tools. • Good to have knowledge of Power BI, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, or Analytics platforms. • Experience with vendor and supplier management. • Exposure to budgeting, resource forecasting, and delivery governance. • Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments. ________________________________________ Certifications Preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) • SAFe Practitioner (SP) • PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certifications
