About the Role
Saudi Damons is seeking an experienced Saudi Accountant to manage accounting operations, tax compliance, external audits, banking relationships, and Local Content requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, fluency in Arabic, and experience with ZATCA, external auditors, and local banks.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial reporting activities
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
- Handle VAT, WHT, Zakat, and other tax compliance matters with ZATCA
- Liaise with local banks regarding financing facilities, guarantees, LC, account maintenance, and compliance requirements
- Support the preparation and renewal of Local Content Certificates and related disclosures
- Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities
- Review contracts, invoices, and financial documents to ensure compliance
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance
- Assist management in financial analysis and business planning
Requirements
- Saudi Arabian citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with ZATCA, external auditors, and local banks
- Experience in Local Content Certificate preparation and compliance
- Arabic fluency required
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills
- Experience with accounting ERP systems
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or project based companies preferred
- SOCPA qualification or progress toward SOCPA preferred
- Experience with financing facilities, LC, LG, and banking compliance preferred

- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or project based companies preferred.
- Good understanding of Saudi tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Arabic fluency required.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
- Experience with accounting ERP systems commonly used in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SOCPA qualification or progress toward SOCPA.
- Experience with financing facilities, LC, LG, and banking compliance.
- Existing professional network with banks, auditors, and government authorities is highly preferred.
