Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD VAN solutions
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
- Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including Van Sales, pricing, promotions, order management, delivery, billing, returns, and route sales
- Drive end to end Order to Cash (O2C) processes and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and functional discussions with business and IT teams
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations
- Work closely with cross functional SAP teams, including MM, FI, WM/EWM, and Supply Chain
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare activities
- Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support business users throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands on SAP SD consulting experience
- Extensive experience with SAP SD VAN (Van Sales/Direct Store Delivery/Route Sales)
- Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and Order to Cash processes
- Experience delivering at least two full cycle SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and client facing consulting experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced project environment

About The Role

- This is a hands on consulting role requiring extensive experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Van Sales (VAN), and FMCG operations.
